The HPAT600 offers profitability gains for service companies and productivity gains for health & safety officers, premises & facilities managers and other users, for example school caretakers.

Battery powered for lightweight and easy use, it's supplied with mains leads and a car charger, crammed with features such as dual insulation test voltage, user selectable pass levels, easy (manual) or fast (automatic) operating mode, IEC lead test insulation, polarity, backlight, test lead null out feature, simulated load test and test data storage for up to 200 appliances - equivalent to a whole day's testing.

It tests class I, class II appliances and power cords. It incorporates a 250V insulation test for sensitive IT equipment and appliances with mains filters. A 200mA DC earth continuity test is safe for all appliances and complies with the new code of practice for PAT testing. Limits can be set by managers to suit their own requirements eg. to identfiy appliances without borderline passes.
In manual mode, a connection diagram for the selected test type is shown on the display. Each step of a test requires user confirmation by a press of the OK button. In the automatic mode, it will quickly run through a selected test sequence without any further user interaction unless a failure is encountered.
All these features make it the PAT of choice for implementing an efficient and cost effective portable appliance testing solution. Complete with free Certificate of Calibration.
Each HPAT600 is supplied with earth bond probe and croc clip, rechargeable NiMH batteries, extension lead adaptor, mains battery charger, in car battery charger, soft carry case, instruction manual and calibration certificate.

The HPAT600 is a battery powered portable Appliance Tester with the following features

Dual Insulation Test Voltage - The insulation measurement test voltage can be set to either 500V or 250V.
User Selectable Pass Levels - Appliance test pass levels may be user defined.
Easy or Fast Operating Modes - The HPAT600 can be operated in either of two modes. In manual mode, aimed at the newcomer to PAT testing, a connection diagram for the selected test type is shown on the display. Each step of a test requires user confirmation by a press of the OK button.

In the Auto mode, for the experienced operator, the HPAT600 will automatically run through a selected test sequence without any further user interaction unless a failure is encountered.
IEC Lead Test - The HPAT600 can also be used to check IEC leads for earth continuity, insulation, and polarity.
Test Data Memory Storage - The HPAT600 is able to store test data for up to 200 appliances into memory.
