AMETEK® JOFRA™ dry block temperature calibrators are recognized world-wide for their dependability, accuracy, stability and quality. A dry-block temperature calibrator is basically very simple, it heats up or cools down a metal block and keeps the temperature stable. You place your sensor-under test in the metal block. AMETEK® JOFRA™ ATC 125 Ultra Cooler
-90°C to 125°C / -130°F to 257°F 
The new JOFRA ATC-125 ultra cooler from AMETEK Calibration Instruments is the world's first dry-block calibrator capable not only of reaching -90°C but to have a temperature range of 215°C (-90 to 125°C). Featuring patent-applied for Free Piston Stirling Cooler (FPSC) technology for cooling, together with a special heating element, the ATC-125 offers high accuracy and excellent stability. More importantly, its extremely fast heating and cooling makes a 5 point calibration up to 5 times quicker than with an equivalent liquid bath. It can be used equally in a laboratory or a factory environment.
Ideally suited to calibration applications in the pharmaceutical, food, food ingredients, hospital and marine industries, the ATC-125 can be used to perform fully automatic calibration routines without the need for a PC. However the unit is also fully compatible with PC operation and is supplied complete with JOFRACAL calibration software.
The patent-applied for FPSC is a Stirling heat pump in a lightweight (290 g) compact unit that is up to 6 times more efficient than more commonly used Peltier coolers. It uses a small amount of helium gas as the heat transport medium instead of conventional refrigerants such as CFCs, HFCs and Freon, making it environmentally friendly. Since it is a dry block calibrator, no expensive or hazardous (flammable)
liquids are used which may require special ventilation. In addition, the entire temperature range can be reached without liquid changes. | | | |
In addition to the revolutionary new cooling technology, the ATC-125 utilises the well-proven ATC Series dual-zone control technology to ensure precision calibration of sensors. The lower zone in the system ensures optimum temperature distribution throughout the entire calibration zone, while the upper zone compensates for heat loss from the sensor under test. High accuracy of +0.3°C with the internal reference sensor and +0.06°C with an external reference sensor can be achieved and there are no measuring errors due to thermoelectric effects or cable resistance.
In addition, the unit is supplied with Mains power Variance Immunity (MVI) for improved temperature stability.
MVI removes stability problems by immediately identifying variations in the mains input voltage. The MVI circuitry maintains a constant energy flow to the temperature block to provide a problem-free calibration with a stability that the operator can trust.
The ATC-125 offers extraordinary versatility for calibrating different diameter sensors and multiple sensors. A variety of inserts are available ranging from a single hole insert for use with one sensor and the internal reference sensor to up to 24 or more sensors under test simultaneously with an external reference sensor. Standard or custom sensor inserts are available with holes in both metric and imperial sizes.

JOFRA dry block temperature calibrator 140°C to 650°C
The CTC series is designed for both on-site and maintenance shop use. The applications are generally critical process control but can vary based on calibration and testing requirements. The user interface is easy and intuitive. One-key-one-function gives you quick access to timesaving features such as the switch test or the auto stepping function. All models feature a large, backlit LCD display panel, which is easy-to-read even in well-lit areas.  Units feature an informative display that provides icons and information regarding the status of the CTC and the calibration in-progress. The AMETEK® JOFRA™ CTC series consists of five different models that differ in temperature ranges and immersion depths. All units offer similar features. A rugged, slim-line, aluminum outer casing with die-cast top and bottom protects the CTC series of dry-block calibrators. ITC series Industrial temperature calibrator
A field dry-block calibrator that combines the demands for small physical dimensions with high accuracy and stability.
 The ITC series employs the slim and rugged design of the CTC series. This series also features the intuitive user interface, the clear LCD display, and the functionality that is used in the successful CTC series. However, the ITC is designed with the state-of-the-art dual-zone heating block and MVI circuitry that has been adopted from the ATC series. The MVI circuitry ensures stable temperatures even when the mains supply is unstable. The ITC series is designed for both on-site and maintenance shop use. The applications are generally critical process control but can vary based on calibration and testing requirements. The ITC series dry-block calibrators are available in 3 different temperature ranges and all models are equipped with RS-232 serial communication capabilities. The units are supplied with the JOFRA CAL-TEMPERATURE soft-ware package.

AMETEK® JOFRA™ ATC series Advanced temperature calibrator
The AMETEK® JOFRA™ ATC Series (Advanced Temperature Calibrators) combine the accuracy of laboratory calibrators with the speed and portability of dry block calibrators. The unique dual-zone design sets new standards for optimum temperature performance.
They feature an im-proved design for optimum performance and temperature ho-mogeneity throughout the block. The ATC Series calibrators are available in three different temperature ranges and each version in two models, A and B. 
The ATC-156,157,320 and ATC-650 models feature an innovative dual zone heating block designed for optimum performance and superior temperature homogeneity throughout the block. This new design delivers performance equivalent to a liquid temperature bath. Each ATC dry-block calibrator may be used to perform fully automatic calibration routines without the use of an external computer. Use the computer for full upload and download capabilities. Units may also be supplied with an input for an external reference sensor and inputs for sensor under test. All ATC calibrators feature RS232 serial communication interface.
